small revolution
so here i am. this week is dedicated to the transitions that come along with lifestyle changes. so here's the revolution: i'm going back to working out a lot (cindy crawford has been kicking my ass on a regular basis, but its like she really cares about me and is doing it out of love), i'm eating a lot healthier, mizi and i are on a diet together, and its nice to have someone to eat healthy with, its not a cabbage soup diet, or a bananas and milk diet or a you're ever allowed to have carbs diet, its a healthy lifestyle change thing. by the way trans fats are the new carbs... who know being completely surrounded by hydrogen could be such a bad thing... *shrugg*
on the psychological aspect of the revolution:
i'm doing my homework and reading, which is really fascinating, i've been tearing through my books for modern medicine, and as soon as i finish this next one, i'll get my soapbox out and scream about the balance of nature.
also, i bought a book yesterday and tore through it also last night, its a book i've been wanting for a while, ever since i watched the authors on some program. Its called "He's just not into you" and i think its an important concept. one of my basic arguments against the sexes is that boys are thick and girls are dumb. girls will make up excuses for any sort of behavior from a guy and will accept that behavior. thats no good. just get over it. he's just not that into you. move on. its a hard concept to get through anyone's head, its irritating and each person is hopeful that they are the exception. yeah, exceptions... are just that... exceptions. prolly not you and prolly not me. so get over it.
